Subscription‑based services
We offer our services through monthly, quarterly (3 months), and yearly subscriptions, and by subscribing, you agree to the terms of your chosen subscription period, including the way billing and access are structured.
Subscription refunds
Monthly subscriptions: Please note that we do not offer refunds for partial months once a monthly subscription payment has been processed, because our team starts working immediately and you already have full access for that period.
Quarterly and yearly subscriptions: If you choose to cancel a quarterly or yearly subscription before its full term, you will not receive a refund for the remaining unused portion of the subscription, and you will continue to have access to our services until the end of your current subscription period, so you can still use everything you’ve paid for.
View‑count guarantee and partial refunds
We guarantee a minimum monthly view count as specified in your chosen service package, and if we fail to meet this guaranteed minimum view count, we will issue a partial refund, which is designed to protect your investment. The amount of the partial refund will be determined based on the percentage of the guaranteed views that were reached organically, so the closer you are to the target, the smaller the refund.
Organic reach consideration
It’s important to understand that the partial refund calculation will take into account the views your content achieved organically, and not just the total numbers, because this helps us focus on the real, natural performance of your strategy rather than external factors.
Subscription cancellation
You have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time to prevent automatic renewal for the subsequent billing cycle, so you retain control over future charges. To cancel, please access your account dashboard and follow the cancellation process outlined there, and your subscription will remain active only until the end of the current period.
Impact of subscription start
Once you subscribe to our services, our team immediately begins working on your strategy and content creation, because we want to get started as soon as possible. Therefore, cancellations are only effective for the next subscription period, and no refunds are provided for the current period in which work has already commenced, since you still receive the completed services for that time.
Limitations on performance guarantees
While we guarantee a specific minimum view count, please be aware that we cannot guarantee specific sales results or overall Etsy shop performance, and these outcomes are influenced by various factors beyond our direct control, including but not limited to your Etsy product quality, customer service, pricing strategies, and changes in the platform’s algorithms. Consequently, refunds are not issued based on sales performance, and this is why we separate view‑count guarantees from sales expectations.
Technical issues and service interruptions
In the event of significant and prolonged technical issues or service interruptions on our end that demonstrably prevent us from delivering the agreed‑upon services, we will thoroughly evaluate the situation, and in such cases, we may offer a fair resolution, such as a partial credit or an extension of your subscription period, so you still get the value you deserve.
Exceptional circumstances
We may consider refunds in rare and exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion, so each such situation will be carefully reviewed on an individual basis, and we’ll let you know what we can legally and fairly offer.
